Short answer: start anywhere. Every Seshat Oshun book is a complete standalone with its own couple and its own happily-ever-after. No cliffhangers, ever.
That said, most of the books share a world — the Goddess Row district — and recurring characters show up across series. If you like reading in order, here it is.
